Johns, Sr., <br />Eeneficiary of the attached Trust Deed, state as follows: <br />The undersigned understands that the Trustor has a right to make <br />designation of homestead in the attached Trust Deed and that the execution of <br />this statement constitutes a waiver of rights otherwise available for the <br />purpose of affording the undersigned, as Trustor, the opportunity to retain his <br />or her homestead in the event of default upon the attached Trust Deed.
