WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THOMAS G FISCHER AND DIXIE D FISCHER, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated DECEMBER 23, 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 27, 1999 in the Office of the REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO 0099112142 been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
