DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by DANIEL L. MORBACH AND CORI J. MORBACH, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE as Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND SAVINGS
<br />ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 9, 1995 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument
<br />No. 95- 107721 and beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book Page or Instrument No. 95- 107722 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitle thereto all the estate and interest
<br />held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described property:
