(TO BE FILED WITH THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />AFFIRMATION of COVENANTS <br />Lot #22 Amick Acres West a.k.a. Lot #I Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision. <br />COMES NOW, Carl R. Amick, Renee J. Amick, and Lillian R. Amick, as former Owner- <br />Sellers and Declarants, AND Mike Neubert d.b.a. Single Tree, Inc. as Buyers and Declarants, <br />who entered into a purchase agreement for Lot #22 Amick Acres West on April 3, 2000, and who <br />closed on such contract on June 13, 2000, do hereby acknowledge and declare that Lot #22 of the <br />Amick Acres West Subdivision has been replatted and is now known as Lot #1 of the Amick <br />Acres West 3rd Subdivision, and except for the adjustment of the lot line between Lot #23 and <br />Lot #22 of the Amick Acres West Subdivision, that Lot #22 Amick Acres West Subdivision is <br />essentially the same real property as Lot #1 Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision. <br />The Declarants, as the Sellers and Buyers of Lot #1 Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision, <br />further declare on this day and forever more, that the Agreement for Amick Acres West Home <br />Owners Association, Inc., specifically the Restrictive Covenants and Conditions as executed and <br />filed with the Hall County Register of Deeds on December 8, 1997, shall apply to Lot #1 of the <br />Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision in the same manner and with the same full effect as if the <br />property were still Lot #22 Amick Acres West Subdivision. <br />And furthermore, the Buyers, and all subsequent owners and purchasers of Lot #1 Amick <br />Acres West 3rd Subdivision, shall have the same rights, privileges, responsibilities and obligations <br />in the Amick Acres West Homeowners Association, Inc., as if they were the owners of Lot #22 <br />Amick Acres West Subdivision, now and forever more. <br />This Affirmation of Covenants is made pursuant to a .Purchase Agreement for the purchase <br />of Lot #1, Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision, dated April 3, 2000, and a replat of Lot #23 and <br />Lot #22 Amick Acres West Subdivision which was approved by the Hall County Regional <br />Planning Commission on May 3, 2000. <br />It is the intent of both the Sellers and the Buyers, as Declarants, that this Affirmation of <br />Covenants shall be filed with the Re �ih 'ster of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />a2n=d *fined this day August, 2000, <br />,Carl R.
