<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated December 30,
<br />1998, executed by JOHN J. GRAUWELS and MARILYN E. GRAUWELS, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Trustor, in which HUBERT H. WOITASZEWSKI of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on July 1, 1999, as Document No.
<br />99- 106654, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from HUBERT H.
<br />WOITASZEWSKI, of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty -Four (24), Argo Fourth Subdivision, Village of
<br />Alda, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
