<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Kermit Hasselman and Janet Hasselman,
<br />Husband and Wife
<br />to Arend Baack, Attorney at Law, 304 N. Wheeler, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of The Overland National Bank of Grand Island
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 23, 1996 and recorded August 6, 1996
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Doc. 196- 106077
<br />in respect to the real estate described as:, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;
<br />All of Lot Eight (8) and the North Twenty -Four Feet (N24') of Lot Ten (10), Block
<br />Twenty -Three (23), University Place an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
