CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record July 24, 2000, and recorded in the <br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.2000- 05979. Said Notice of Default <br />refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Earl W. Hormann and Carol J. Hormann, as husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island is named as Beneficiary and <br />Arend R. Baack is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record November 20, 1998 and <br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.98- 111425. <br />On or about November 18, 1998, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential <br />Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded November 20, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 111426. <br />Michael E.
