IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A
<br />NEBRASKA BANKING CORPORATION, hereby releases the mortgage made to it by BARRY A.
<br />STANGE and ALBERTA M. STANGE, husband and wife, on the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the North half of the North Half (N1 /2 N1/2) of Section (4),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as Beginning at a point on the north line of said Section 4, said point being 2,278.6 feet
<br />east of the northwest corner of said Section 4, thence easterly along the north line of said Section
<br />4, a distance 442.83 feet, thence deflecting right 90 degree 00 seconds and running southerly, a
<br />distance of 190.0 feet, thence westerly parallel to said north line of section 4, a distance of 442.83
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 90 degree 00 seconds and running northerly a distance of 190.0 feet
<br />to the place of beginning and containing 1.932 acres more or less
<br />which is recorded as Document Number 85- 003039 in the records of said HALL County.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, has caused these presents to be executed by
