<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS.
<br />That whereas, a sale of real estate for the nonpayment of taxes, made in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on March 12, 1997, the following described real estate situated in said county:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) in Block Ten (10) in the Original Town of Cairo,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />was sold to FUNB /Fundco, Inc. for the delinquent taxes for the years 1994 and 1995, and
<br />assigned to Bert Nielsen on May 14, 1997. (Public Tax Sale Certificate No. 931)
<br />Whereas, the same not having been redeemed from such sale, and it appearing that the
<br />holder of the certificate of purchase of said real estate has complied with the laws of the State
<br />of Nebraska, necessary to entitle Bert Nielsen to a deed of said real estate,
<br />Now, Therefore, I County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br />premises, and by virtue of the statutes of the State of Nebraska in such cases made and
<br />provided, do hereby grant and convey unto BERT NIELSEN, his heirs and assigns, forever,
<br />the said real estate herein before described, subject, however, to any redemption provided by
<br />law.
