<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the U.S. SMALL BUSINESS
<br />ADMINISTRATION, for valuable consideration, in hand paid, does hereby release and
<br />discharge the Real Estate Mortgage dated August 29, 1980, made and executed by
<br />Ronald D. Laub and Evelyn O. Laub, husband and wife, to the Administrator of the
<br />Small Business Administration, an Agency of the Government of the United States and
<br />recorded on August 29, 1980 as Document No. 80- 004678 of the records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. This mortgage release is on the following described real estate:

<br />The recording official is hereby authorized and directed to discharge said
<br />Real Estate Mortgage of record, and after recording this release, to enter upon the
