<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That whereas all the indebtedness secured by the Revolving Credit Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Robert L. McMaster & M. Christine McMaster, husband and wife, to James
<br />Ganz, as Trustee, dated January 16, 1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 2, 1998 at Inst. 98- 100842 has been paid,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment and of the surrender of said
<br />Trust Deed and Note secured thereby for cancellation, and in accordance with the request
<br />of Kearney Federal Credit Union, BENEFICIARY named therein, the undersigned
<br />TRUSTEE, does by these presents GRANT, REMISE, RELEASE AND RECONVEY to,
<br />Robert L. McMaster & M. Christine McMaster, husband and wife, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said TRUSTEE by or through said Trust Deed in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Thirty -eight (38), Amick Acres East Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />togetherwith all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
