<br />Terry L. Larson, TRUSTEE of The Irvin P. Meves Revocable
<br />Living Trust under the Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated
<br />January 3, 1995 as amended by the Amendment to Revocable Living
<br />Trust Agreement executed June 5, 1996, GRANTOR, in consideration of
<br />Eighty -four Thousand Dollars ($84,000.00) received from GRANTEES,
<br />Jerome Niedfelt and Doralene Niedfelt, husband and wife, conveys to
<br />GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the
<br />following described real estate as defined in section 76 -201 of the
<br />Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1996, situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17) in Block One (1) in Bel Air Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />surveyed platted and recorded,
<br />subject to covenants, restrictions, conditions, reservations,
<br />easements of record, visible easements and zoning laws, rules and
<br />regulations.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES as follows:
<br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seized of the real estate and the real
<br />estate is free from encumbrances;
<br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the real
<br />estate to GRANTEES; and
<br />3. GRANTOR warrants and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against any acts of the GRANTOR.
