<br />You are hereby notified that James Dustin Lofing and Tricia Tamasine Lofing, as husband
<br />and wife, as Trustors, did on or about April 26, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial
<br />Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the
<br />following- described real property:
<br />The East 30 feet of Lot 7 and the West 19 feet of Lot 8, Buenavista
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from The Overland National Bank
<br />of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 29, 1996, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 103185.
<br />On or about April 26, 1996, The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal
<br />Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded April 29, 1996, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 103186.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said
<br />obligation.
