rj <br />CA <br />0 _ <br />N <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 200105893 <br />O <br />N <br />O <br />O <br />O <br />Cn <br />C70 <br />Cp <br />W <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among Ronald E Grexa <br />and Terri L Grexa, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of <br />Superior as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 11, 1994, and recorded on April 12, 1994, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 94- 102957 has <br />been paid; and �. <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by <br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as <br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written <br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust <br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described <br />Deed of Trust in the following described property: <br />Plat of a tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEk) of Section Eight (8), Township <br />Twelve (12) North Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County Nebraska; more particularly <br />described as follows; <br />Beginning at a point on the westerly right -of -way line of U:S: Highway No. 281, said point being <br />Seven Hundred Forty -Seven and Two Tenths (747.2) feet south and Thirty -Nine and Seventy -Five Hundredths <br />(39.75) feet west of the northeast corner of said Section Eight (8); thence westerly parallel to <br />the north line of said Section Eight (8), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty -Six and Two <br />Hundredths (1,166.02) feet; thence deflecting left 910 25' and running southerly; a distance of Five <br />Hundred Seventy -Two and Eight Tenths (572.8) feet; thence easterly parallel to the north line of <br />said Section Eight (8), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty -Four and Thirty -Nine Hundredths <br />(1,164.39) feet, to the westerly right -of -way line of said U.S. Highway No. 281; thence northerly <br />along said highway right -of -way line, a distance of Five Hundred Seventy -Two and Eight Tenths (572.8) <br />feet to the place of beginning.
