<br />Thomas L. Kovanda, Attorney -at -Law, the duly appointed and now acting receiver,
<br />hereinafter referred to as Grantor, in consideration of Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred
<br />Seventy Five Dollars ($18,275.00) received from Grantee, does hereby grant and convey
<br />to Larry E. Royle, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />-
<br />The East Fifty Six (56.0) feet of the West One Hundred Seventy Four (174.0)
<br />feet, Block Five (5), Hann Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />1. On January 21, 2000, the Court appointed Grantor as receiver for the
<br />purposes of taking possession of and evaluating, appraising, protecting and if feasible,
<br />selling the property located at 112 West Charles Street in Grand Island, Nebraska more
<br />particularly described above.
<br />2. On June 28, 2000, the Court approved the sale of such property to Larry E.
<br />Royle, pursuant to an Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate for the amount of
<br />Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($18,275.00).
<br />3. On June 28, 2000, the Court approved and confirmed the sale of the
<br />premises at 112 West Charles Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, by the
<br />receiver, Thomas L. Kovanda to Larry E. Royle, Grantee.
<br />4. All applicable statutory provisions of the State of Nebraska and the United
<br />States of America have been complied with as to acts to be performed in accordance with
<br />such appointment as Receiver.
