WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 16, 1998 and recorded NOVEMBER 20, 1998 in the Office of the REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO 98- 111431 been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
