PARSONS AND GWEN D. PARSONS, HUSBAND <br />AND WIFE as Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND <br />SAVINGS ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of THE OVERLAND <br />NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated SEPTEMBER 22, 1995 and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or <br />Instrument No. 95- 106470 and beneficial interest in said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned to FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by <br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument No. 95- 106471 <br />has been paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested <br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty, <br />to the persons entitled thereto. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance <br />with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to <br />the person or persons entitle thereto all the estate and interest <br />held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust <br />in the following described property: <br />LOT EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK THREE (3), IN LE HEIGHTS SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND <br />SAVINGS ASSOCIATIO AS TRUSTEE <br />Dated: C26 to >--� <br />Regy J.
