<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows: Commencing at a point thirty -three feet
<br />(33') East of the Northwest corner of said Lot Twenty -
<br />Seven (27), thence East along the North line of said
<br />Lot a distance of 144.75 feet, thence South at right
<br />angles a distance of 70.79 feet, thence West at right
<br />angles and parallel with the North line of said Lot
<br />Twenty -seven (27) a distance of 144.75 feet, thence
<br />North at right angles and parallel with the West line
<br />of said Lot Twenty -seven (27) a distance of 70.79 feet
<br />to the place of beginning, except that part shown
<br />deeded to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, in
<br />Book 101, Page 122 of Deeds in the office of Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, more commonly known
<br />as 1127 St. Paul Road.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together
<br />with all tenaments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the grantees as joint tenants.
<br />And grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees that
<br />grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free
<br />from encumbrance;
<br />that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
