SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />This subordination is made and done this 81h day of May, 2001, by Security First Bank
<br />regarding the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 11, Brentwood Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />At the direction of Michael J. and Tracy C. McGahan, and for good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Security First Bank, hereby
<br />subordinates its interest in the above described real estate evidenced by a Deed of Trust
<br />from Michael J. and Tracy C. McGahan, Husband and Wife, to Security First Bank,
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, in the amount of $50,000.00 dated May 12, 2000 and filed May
<br />16, 2000, as inst. No. 2000 -03972 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska to
<br />the interest of SunTrust Mortgage in the above described real estate evidenced by the
<br />Deed of Trust from Michael J. and Tracy C. M cGahan to Security First Bank, Trustee
<br />and SunTrust Mortgage, Beneficiary, dated May 8, 2001 in the amount of $408,000.00
<br />filed with the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned hereby agrees that the interest of the Security First Bank, as described
<br />above is hereby made junior, inferior and subject to the interest of SunTrust Mortgage as
<br />described above.
