LEO METTENBRINK and RONALD METTENBRINK, PERSONAL

<br />excepting therefrom that portion deeded to the County

<br />Book 137, Page 401; and further excepting therefrom
<br />that portion deeded to Ronald Mettenbrink and Judith
<br />Mettenbrink in Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument
<br />No. 77- 002146, all in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; excepting therefrom that part
<br />thereof conveyed to the State of Nebraska, by Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 76, at Page 551 of the Deed
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska; and further
<br />excepting therefrom that part thereof conveyed to the
<br />County of Hall, Nebraska, by Quitclaim Deed recorded
<br />in Book 137, Page 397, of the Deed Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions
<br />of record.
<br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEE is the person
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate,
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS have legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
