<br />excepting therefrom that part thereof conveyed to the
<br />County of Hall, Nebraska, by Quitclaim Deed recorded
<br />in Book 137, Page 397, of the Deed Records of Hall

<br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEE is the person
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate,
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS have legal power
