<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />NICKIE J KALLOS, JR A SINGLE PERSON AND NICKIE J KALLOS, SR AND ROSIE
<br />KALLOS, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated December 7, 1999 and recorded December 10, 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number, 0099111732 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;

<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
<br />SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE
<br />SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOTS 2 AND 3, A DISTANCE OF 98.19 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY
<br />LINE OF PLUM STREET; THENCE DEFLECTING LEFT 121 ° 05' AND RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY ALONG
<br />AND UPON THE WESTERLY LINE OF PLUM STREET, A DISTANCE OF 31.24 FEET; THENCE CONTINUING
<br />NORTHWESTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE ARC OF A CIRCLE WHOSE RADIUS IS 125.0 FEET (ALSO THE
<br />WESTERLY LINE OF PLUM STREET) A DISTANCE OF 14.1 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG AND UPON
<br />A LINE OF 38.9 FEET NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOTS 2 AND 3, A
<br />DISTANCE OF 75.7 FEET, TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG AND UPON
<br />THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 3, A DISTANCE OF 38.9 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
