WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by GREG J. POST AND PENNY L. POST, HUSBAND AND WIFE as
<br />Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND SAVINGS
<br />ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of FIVE POINTS BANK, A
<br />NEBRASKA CORPORATION the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH
<br />26, 1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument No. 98-
<br />102764 and beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned
<br />to FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by Assignment recorded in Book
<br />Page or Instrument No. 98- 102765 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitle thereto all the estate and interest
<br />held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described property:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK SIXTY -EIGHT (68), WHEELER AND BENNETT'S
