KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: S, S- <br />0 <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />GORDON D THIESSEN AND TERRI L THIESSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated November 18. 1999 and recorded November 23. 1999 as <br />Document # 0099111259, in the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, has been paid, and said <br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />PARCEL TWO: LOT TWO (2) OF L -K SECOND SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 26th day of J u 1 y , 2000. <br />Arend R.
