NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT <br />1. The real estate being, or intended to be, improved or directly benefited is: <br />Lot Four (4), Indianhet Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. (a) The contracting owner is: Larson Construction, Inc. <br />(b) The address of the contracting owner is: 505 Linden Ave. Grand Island, NE 68801. <br />(c) The interest of the contracting owners in the real estate is: Fee Simple. <br />(d) The name and address of the fee simple title holder, if other than the contracting owner, is: <br />Not Applicable. <br />3. If, after this Notice of Commencement is recorded, a lien is recorded as to an improvement covered by <br />this Notice of Commencement, the lien has priority from the time this Notice of Commencement is recorded. <br />4. The duration of this Notice of Commencement is Twelve Months from the date of recording. <br />5.
