<br />That Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MONTE
<br />C. HACK AND SHERYL S. HACK, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS as trustor, to
<br />TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE MORTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, A MISSOURI CORPORATION, as Beneficiary dated August 31, 2000 and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Registry of Deeds of the county of HALL, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 200007163, has been paid; and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below.
<br />Now therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with this
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these
<br />presents Grant, Remise, Release and Reconvey to the person entitled thereto, all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in
<br />the following described premises:
