<br />WHEREAS, MONTE C. HACK AND SHERYL S. HACK, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS was /were the original
<br />Trustor(s), TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY was the original Trustee, and EQUITABLE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A
<br />MISSOURI CORPORATION was the original Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated August 31, 2000 and recorded on September
<br />1, 2000, as Instrument Number 200007163, of Official Records of HALL County, Nebraska, and covering the following described property:
<br />LOT FOURTEEN (14), WESTWOOD PARK FOURTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, and said Beneficiary desires to substitute
<br />a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in the place and stead of said original Trustee thereunder.
<br />AND WHEREAS, the original Trustee has been notified or was attempted to be notified of the Substitution.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes R. KENT RADKE, whose home office address is 140 NORTH 8TH ST.,
<br />SUITE 250, LINCOLN, NE 68508, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
