200105682 Loan No. F- 186000 NEBRASKA FULL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE THE EQUITABLE LIFE ASSURANCE SOCIETY OF THE UNITED STATES (hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee "), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, hereby acknowledges that a certain indenture of Mortgage dated April 1, 1977, made and executed by Georqe D. Allan, Jr., and Deloris J. Allan (also known as DeLoris J. Allan and as Dolores J. Allan), each in his and her own right and as spouse of each other, to Mortgagee recorded June 3, 1977, in the office of the Recording Officer of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska as Document No. 77.003021 of the records of said County, as affected by an unrecorded Modification Agreement dated _July 10, 1986, and thereafter affected by an unrecorded Modification Agreement dated April 23, 1990, encumbering the following described land, to wit: North Half, of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4) of Section Twenty -one (21) in Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M.; A tract of land comprising all of the East Half of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (E 1 /2S 1 /2SW1 /4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., and containing 39.87 acres, more or less; and East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4) of Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M. is redeemed, paid off, satisfied and discharged in full, and it hereby releases the Mortgage and consents that the same be cancelled and discharged of record, by the Recording Officer thereunto duly authorized by these presents.
