<br />Deed of Trust dated October 29, 1999, and executed by Tim C. Plate, a single person and Curt L. Ratliff, a N-.\.
<br />single person, as Trustees, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #99 -11046 0 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, recorded on October 29, 1999 and,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:

<br />Lot Twenty -eight (28), Westwood Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
