LOAN # 3515 BALLOON RIDER (Full Repayment Required at Maturity) 200006028 THIS BALLOON RIDER is made this 20th day of July, 2000 , and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed to Secure Debt (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned (the "Borrower ") to secure the Borrower's Note to BWM MORTGAGE, L.L.C. (the "Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: 819 S KIMBALL, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA 68801 (Proper(y Address) The interest rate stated on the Note is called the "Note Rate ". The date of the Note is called the "Note Date ". I understand the Lender may transfer the Note, Security Instrument and this Rider. The Lender or anyone who takes the Note, the Security Instrument and this Rider by transfer and who is entitled to receive payments under the Note is called the "Note Holder ". The Note is a Balloon Note which means that the amount of my monthly payment is insufficient to repay the Note in full by Maturity. Therefore, the final payment will be significantly larger than the other payments under the Note. I understand that the Lender is under no obligation to refinance the Note or to modify the Note or reset the Note Rate or to extend the Note Maturity Date or the Maturity Date of this Security Instrument, and that I will have to repay the Note from my own resources or find a lender willing to lend me the money to repay the Note. I further understand that should I not repay the Note on or before the Maturity Date, I will be in default, and the Lender will have the right to exercise all of its rights against me because of my default, including the right to foreclosure of the Security Instrument, or other remedies permitted by law.
