I, Ronald R. Rockwell, being fully duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says; <br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now <br />a partner in the firm of Rockwell And Associates, Engineering & Surveying, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states that on June 8, 2000, he completed a survey of <br />Marvin And Jane Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the <br />original plat of said subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds <br />Office in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of <br />Marvin And Jane Subdivision, in the Hall County, Nebraska, and has dis- <br />covered an error in a course direction shown in the Legal Description on <br />said original plat. <br />4.
