<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 14, 1993, and executed by Third City Sanitation, Inc., as Trustee, in which Five pf\
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument
<br />#93- 104003 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on May 18, 1993 and,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Plummer's Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 24th day of July, 2000.
