<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on
<br />February 26, 1996, as Document No. 96- 101312 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, executed by Ricky W. Patsios and Debra D. Patsios, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustor, in which Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as
<br />Trustee; and the beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for
<br />which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they
<br />became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness
<br />secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of June 12, 2001; be notified that
<br />because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the
<br />trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected
<br />is as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block One (1), Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
