Patsios and Debra D. Patsios, husband and <br />wife, as Trustor, in which Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska <br />Corporation, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as <br />Trustee; and the beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for <br />which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they <br />became due.
