<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under Trust Deeds filed for record on
<br />September 18, 1992 and May 11, 1999, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document Nos. 92- 108115 and 99- 104889, executed by Michael E.
<br />Smith and Debra L. Smith, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is
<br />named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the
<br />Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deeds is accelerated as of June 12, 2001; be notified that because of such default the
<br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deeds; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Thirty (30) in Ravenwood Subdivision, being a part of S' /2 SE'/ of
<br />Section Thirteen (13) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
