Smith, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is <br />named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the <br />Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such <br />breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments as they became due.
