<br />Addition thence in a Northerly Direction, Parallel with the Westerly side of Cleburn Street in said City, a distance of
<br />Eighty (80) feet, thence Westerly, Parallel with the Northerly Boundary line of said Block, a distance of Forty (40)
<br />Feet, thence Southerly parallel With the Westerly Boundary line Cleburn Street, a distance of Eighty (80) feet to the
<br />Southerly Boundary line of said Block, and thence Easterly a distance of Forty (40) feet to the place of beginning,
