The indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by DEBORAH R. RITTER AND
<br />GARY F. LARSON, SINGLE PERSONS, to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee, dated
<br />JULY 12TH, 1995, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />COUNTY, Nebraska, on JULY 12TH, 1995, and entered as Document No. 95- 104636 has
<br />been paid.
<br />Now therefore, and in consideration of the payment and of the surrender of the Deed of
<br />Trust and the note secured thereby for cancellation and in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant,
