200005951 <br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Conditional Assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, by RICHARD A. BRIGGS and JUDITH A BRIGGS of a <br />Lease dated July 21 2000, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Richard A. <br />Briggs and Judith A. Briggs are the Lessees, such lease commenced July 21, 2000, and <br />terminates July 20, 2035, and pertains to: <br />Lot Twenty -One (21), situated on the West side of the East <br />portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of <br />the Southwest Quarter (E1hSW' /4) in Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtors to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as <br />additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY - <br />EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($128,000.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage <br />covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />BJ <br />Y <br />Itiresident <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this 26th day of June, 2000, by Jerry M.
