BRIGGS husband and w' <br />zfe, ASSIGNORS, <br />do hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to <br />Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $128,000.00 the Lease dated July 21, 2000, wherein <br />Kuester rake, Inc- is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining in' the following - <br />described premises: <br />Lot Twenty-One (21), having a lake front footage of 83 feet, situated on the <br />West side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (El/2SWI, 4), in Section Thirteen (1.3), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the <br />Westerly side by the common road; <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $128,000.00, with <br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the <br />.Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void <br />and of no further force nor effect <br />DATED- /-, 2000. <br />i <br />RICHARD A.
