<br /> Nebraska; the easement being sixteen (16.0) feet wide, with the centerline being

<br /> Westerly L'^e of the said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest

<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9) West, a distance of four hundred
<br /> fifty and two tenths (450.2) feet, to the ACTUAL POINT OF
