<br />				across, underneath, and  th,-ough  a tract of  land  located  in  part of the  Southeast			    	4
<br />     	{		 	Quarter of  the  Southwest Quarter  (SE14,SWIL),  Section Twenty  ;vine  (29),  Township
<br />				Eleven  (11) 'worth,  Range  Nine  (9)  West of the 6th  P.M., Grand  Island, Nall County,

<br />				Nebraska;  the  easement  being  sixteen  (16.0)  feet  wide, with  the  centerline  being
<br />				more  particularly  described  as  follows:

<br />				   	Commencing at the  Southeast corner of  Lot 'T'hirty  Three  (33),
<br />				   	Brentwood  Third  Subdivision;  thence  Southerly  along  the
<br />				   	Westerly  L'^e  of  the  said  Southeast  Quarter  of  the  Southwest
<br />				   	Quarter  (SE-,SCF'-),  Section 'T'wenty Nine  (29), Township  Eleven
<br />				   	(11)  North,  Range  Nine  (9)  West,  a  distance  of  four  hundred
<br />				   	fifty  and  two  tenths  (450.2)  feet,  to  the  ACTUAL  POINT  OF
