<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M.,,in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises
<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about
<br />the improvements on said premises excepting: None
<br />D. Stock Certificate No.249 for 200 shares of the
<br />common stock of Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />We warrant that we are the owners of the above - described
<br />property, improvements and personal property on the
<br />above - described premises; that we are entitled to sell the
<br />same; that said property is free of all liens and
<br />encumbrances; and that we will warrant and defend the
<br />title to said property against the claims of any other
<br />persons whomsoever.
