<br />bargains, sells, conveys and assigns unto Central National Bank, a Nebraska corporation located in
<br />Superior, NE ( "Assignee "), all right title and interest of Assignor in and to that certain Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Aaron C. E. Smallwood and Karen L. Smallwood, Husband and Wife, and recorded as

<br />except the Southerly Thirty (30) feet thereof deeded to the City of Grand Island, in Westerhoffs First
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
