<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of Ct
<br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br />Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and \
<br />reconveys to RONNIE E. HARDER AND PATRICIA G. HARDER, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in HALL County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5), Block One (1), Fifth Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />This reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deeds of Trust recorded in the
<br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 91- 105985, on September 10, 1991; Document
<br />NO. 93- 110884, on December 17, 1993; and Document NO. 95- 108086, on November 27, 1995; pursuant to
<br />Nebraska Revised Sx tute §;Section 76 -1014.
<br />The Trustees .retains its inter. as described in this Deed of Trust, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and
<br />security 9f.-fHE STATE OA `OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Beneficiary, under and subject
<br />to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust on the remaining balance of the real property described therein.

<br />Grantor executes this' instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.._ .
