On July 14, 2000 he sent to Joseph M. Ruiz and Lonnie <br />Logan, by certified mail return receipt requested, a copy of <br />said Construction Lien. <br />3. That said Lonnie Logan received said document on July <br />17, 2000 and signed for the same on that date. That said Joseph <br />M.
