<br />Know all men by these presents:
<br />That whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Kristie Spencer, a married 4;—
<br />woman trustor to Sandra M. Koenig, as trustee for the benefit of North American Mortgage Company °

<br />beneficiary named therein, dated October 2, 1997 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument numbers, 97- 108444, 97- 108740 and 97- 109939 has been paid and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below.
<br />Now Therefore, in consideration of such payment and in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot 12 and all of lot 10, Except the north 7 feet thereof, in block 18, College Addition to West Lawn, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
