Galen E. Stehlik, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />recorded as Document #98- 108355, wherein Emma Poehler was the
<br />Grantor /Trustor and Ray Poehler and Linda Poehler were
<br />Beneficiaries, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the
<br />power and authority given to me in and by such instrument, and in
<br />consideration of payment of the debt in full, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to Ray Poehler and
<br />Linda Poehler, husband and wife, Grantees, the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes 76 -201) in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Block Nine (9), Original Town of Cairo,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured
<br />by the Trust Deed recorded as Document #98- 108355 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds ,of Hall County, Nebraska.
