The IHS Debtors have also served Notice of Filing of the U.S. Stipulation and of Debtors' Supplemental Submission: (A) in support of Motion for Order inter alia, approving Settlement Agreement with Senior Housing Properties Trust and Related Entities; and (B) in Response to Objection filed by Richard Wolfe, individually and on behalf of Buchanan/SCC, Inc. on those persons in categories (i) through (vi) above.
