<br />The indebtedness secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Mid - Nebraska Foundation, Inc. ,
<br />as Trustor, to Nebraska State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Nebraska State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, Broken Bow, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, dated February 1, 1999 and

<br />101209, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
