<br />Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated AUGUST 13, 199$
<br />19_, executed by RIVERSIDE INVESTMENT, INC.
<br />as trustor, to the
<br />undersigned, Earl Ahlschwede, of P.O. Box 2300, City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, the
<br />beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under
<br />such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located in HALL County,
<br />State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />THE NORTH FORTY THREE (43) FEET AND NORTH FOUR (4) INCHES OF LOT ONE (1) IN
<br />BLOCK ONE (1) IN HANN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
<br />trust deed.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial reconveyance at
