<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 9, 1992, executed by Cooney Properties, Inc.,a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #92- 101926 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 12th day of March, 1992.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />THE WESTERLY THIRTY SIX FEET (36') OF LOT SIX (6), IN BLOCK NINE (9), IN
<br />THE ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 9, 1992, recorded as
<br />Document #92- 101926 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebrask day of June, 2001.
