Young, a member of 0; - <br />the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ", pursuant to the ' o <br />power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 200002728 in the <br />Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and Option One <br />Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantee ": <br />WHEREAS, on November 8, 2000, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a <br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to James Elliott Odom, Sr. and Dawn Odom, <br />Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 200002728, in the Mortgage <br />Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain <br />premises described as: <br />Lots 26 and 27, Saddle Club Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting <br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to satisfy the <br />obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on November 13, 2000 as Instrument No. 200009891 of the Miscellaneous records of said <br />County. <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on March 12, 2001, Grantor caused to be published in THE <br />GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating <br />that the described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified <br />RETURN TO: <br />THOMAS J.
