<br />RODGERS, Deceased, died on April 8, 2001, at Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska,
<br />and at the time of his death, he was married to NAIDA J. RODGERS.
<br />At the time of his death, he and his spouse, NAIDA J. RODGERS, were the owners of
<br />record of the following real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Sixty -two Feet (62') of the North Forty -seven Feet (47') of Lot Four (4), and the
<br />East Sixty -two Feet (62') of Lot Two (2), in Block Nineteen (19), in Scarff's Addition to
<br />west Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />They owned all of their real and personal property as joint tenants or in a joint trust, and
<br />NAIDA J. RODGERS, as the surviving joint tenant and beneficiary, is now in possession of said
<br />property. That as a result of this joint ownership, there is no Federal Estate Tax, State Estate Tax
<br />or State Inheritance Tax due.
